It is a ceremonial art form applied to the bride's and other wedding participant women's hands, palms, arms and feet. Women wear traditional dresses like lehenga, churidar, gharara, shalwar-qameez, kurti, farshi-pajama, sharara and dupatta, with vibrant and earth colors.
